The Challenge: Child care is vital to a fast moving city like New York, so DCF helped NYC Health promote Child Care Connect (CCC), which allows parents to choose the best child care based on facilities and inspection reports.

Our Impact: DCF created web banners, print ads and a 30-second online video that explain the benefits of CCC. These ads inform parents that they can sign up to receive emails or texts with tips and updates about child care centers.

Choosing the right child care is crucial. With the increased visibility CCC offers, parents can be partners in reporting violations and educating other parents about the safety of their children.
