NYC is helping employees and employers save money and keep workplaces progressive by changing how New Yorkers pay for their commute.
DCF worked with the Department of Consumer Affairs to promote awareness of the new Commuter Benefits Law, which requires companies of 20 or more to allow employees to pay for their commute with pre-tax income.
