Health Insurance Enrollment

The Challenge: Although the number of uninsured residents in NYC has been declining over the years, there are still many New Yorkers, particularly in low-income and immigrant populations, without health insurance. Health insurance can be confusing, and many uninsured New Yorkers don’t even realize they are even eligible. Signing up for health insurance can be an intimidating process, but having someone by your side can make all the difference. A new campaign needed to be developed to promote the free assistance from health insurance enrollment counselors, and in turn, contribute to the declining uninsured rates in NYC.

Our Impact: We worked with NYC Health in developing a campaign to promote the importance of health insurance coverage and bring awareness to the enrollment counselors available in many languages. Brightly animated print, digital and video ads were developed in English, Spanish, Cantonese and Mandarin, leading interested New Yorkers to free assistance by phone.
