The Challenge: New Yorkers endured years of shutdowns, layoffs, quarantines, and even resurgences through the pandemic. Accessible mental healthcare was vital for those battling a record uptick in mental health concerns.
Our Impact: Accessible mental health care isn’t always easy to locate or find. Our campaign targeted key neighborhoods in all five boroughs, providing New Yorkers with resources for accessible, low-cost (or no-cost) mental health services. In addition to developing a brand, style, and logo, our partnership with NYC Health allowed for a large-scale rollout that was translated across 10 languages, and published to multiple outlets in variable mediums. No matter who they are, or what they need, everyone deserves to know that New York City is there for them.
